  • Standard international shipping does not include delivery time estimates, as these are not provided by the United States Post Office. However, most international orders—particularly to Australia and Europe—have typically arrived within about two weeks.

    If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, we recommend reaching out before ordering. You can contact us at help.sirenasurf@gmail.com or through the Help section to discuss upgraded shipping options.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or rerouting.

  • If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it quickly. Please reach out within 5 days of receiving your itemif it arrives damaged or incorrect. We’ll cover return shipping and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

    At this time, we’re unable to accept returns for items that are not damaged or incorrect.
